If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the s200 platform and must cease access immediately. Continued use of our platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and s200 ("Platform"), operated for the Malaysian market. All transactions and services are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Basic User Requirements

  • Aged 18 and above
  • Valid Malaysian resident or citizen
  • Must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
  • Not listed on any relevant regulatory authority's exclusion list

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one active account on s200. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. s200 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions or closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your s200 username and password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. s200 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the s200 support team immediately for assistance and account protection.

User Responsibilities in Platform Usage

Users agree not to use the s200 platform for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: identity fraud, money laundering, misuse of payment systems, or any activity intended to defraud the platform or other users.

The use of automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanism designed to manipulate games, odds or payment systems is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure and freezing of the existing balance.

3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All financial transactions on the s200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legitimate and not derived from any illegal activity.

S200 accepts a wide range of local payment methods, including internet banking, e-wallets and approved instant transfer methods. Deposits are typically completed within minutes upon confirmation by the payment provider.

For withdrawals, users must use the same payment method as the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering policies. Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe after the request has been submitted and verified by the s200 team.

S200 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. In such cases, the user will be notified and asked to provide the necessary supporting documents.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. For the latest limits and full details on available payment methods, please refer to the FAQ or contact our support team.

S200 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service disruptions or technical errors beyond the platform's control.

The s200 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. That said, we strive to maintain high uptime and will notify users in the event of any scheduled maintenance.

Account Suspension & Closure

S200 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request to the s200 support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user via the standard withdrawal process once all security checks have been completed.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
